I have an Amateur Extra license and am active in the Boulder/Broomfield County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (BCARES), currently holding the position of vice chair and assistant emergency coordinator. My main interest is in digital amateur TV using DVB-T in a public safety context.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, my background includes service as an officer in the US Navy as well as many years building complex software for telecommunications and data storage.
